  • Let us bring you to a fascinating new world underwater. Discover Scuba Diving is a quick and easy introduction for you discover excitement and adventure! The experience is your first taste of scuba, your first breath underwater and it’s surely a very addictive underwater world experience. Your instructor will then take you to shallow water and you will be shown a few skills that make your dive more enjoyable. Once comfortable, your instructor will then lead you into deeper water very slowly and swim to a maximum depth of 12 metres to get you acquainted with the underwater environment.

Overview

River cruises are becoming an increasingly popular way to explore and appreciate the natural beauty of Sabah, especially in the biodiversity-rich mangrove ecosystems. In this tour, you will board two river cruises, one in the late afternoon, and another after dark.
 
With the assistance of expert guides, you will go on a lookout to spot the rare proboscis monkey, with its large pendulous nose and long thick tail. These monkeys can only be found in Borneo, and generally live in organised groups comprising a dominant adult male, a few adult females and their offspring. Female proboscis monkeys have a smaller nose and are about half the size of male monkeys. Other than the proboscis monkey, possible sightings include a variety of birds, long tailed macaque monkeys, silver languor and if you are lucky, even crocodiles.
 
You will end your half day outing with a stunning spectacle of fireflies, lighting up the riverbanks and congregated on the trees. It always feels quite magical to sit silently in the darkness and watch.
